- What fabrics are your pieces made from?
We choose every fabric with real care. The vast majority of our pieces are made from 100% organic cotton, selected for its softness, breathability, and lighter footprint. On the rare occasion a piece calls for a touch of stretch or a specific shape, we'll thoughtfully blend in a small amount of another fabric, like elastane, always with the same intention: quality, comfort, and longevity. All our of our fabrics have been thoroughly lab tested and are all approved with CPC certification. You'll find the full fabric composition listed on each product page.
- Where are your products made?
Our products are designed in house by our founders in Los Angeles, with fabrics sourced from all over the world and garments produced in our specialized infant/children’s factory in China. We chose them because they treat their team well (fair wages, safe working conditions, and a genuinely positive place to work). Testing of fabrics and garments for safety, composition and flammability all occur in the United States.
- What if I need help with sizing?
Feel free to email us at hello@famousbaby.com if you have any specific questions regarding sizing. However, we always recommend sizing up if you are unsure, as there is always time for your little one to grow into the piece.
- Do you have a physical store?
Not yet! The only way to shop is here on our site: famousbaby.com
- Can I cancel/change my order once it’s been placed?
Feel free to email us at hello@famousbaby.com as soon as possible with your order number and we will do our best to accommodate any requests. Please note that we cannot change an order once it has shipped.
Discount codes cannot be applied retroactively.
- How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Shipping times vary depending on location. Your options and shipping time will be provided at check out. Orders tend to be processed 1-5 days after they are placed. When it ships you will receive an email with tracking information for your order.
- What to do if an item from my order is damaged or missing?
Please reach out to us hello@famousbaby.com within 14 days of your package being delivered so we can help fix any issues.
- Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do. Kindly note for international shipping, costs vary by weight and location. Famous Baby is not responsible for any of import duties or customs fees upon arrival. All international sales are final.
- Can I return part of or all of my order?
We hope you love all your Famous Baby pieces but if you wish to return an item, visit our returns page which will take you to our Redo Portal within 14 days of delivery.
